If I could give TEN STARS to Austin (and his brother-in-law, Shannon!) for the awesome job they did installing a beautiful new INSULATED garage door and new lift motor/opener, I would!!This company was recommended to me by my personal trainer/physical therapist (who was a recommendation from my chiropractor - see where I'm going with this?). I had read quite a few reviews and had several estimates from other well-known companies in the greater BA/Tulsa area. Didn't particularly "love" any of them - generally speaking, it always seemed like it was a "bother" to come out to give me said bid.I went ahead and gave Dynasty; I spoke with Austin, who sounded actually eager to see what he could do to take care of my request! He was able to come by THAT MORNING (Wednesday) to get measurements while I was out, then came back by to discuss face-to-face what exactly I wanted. I liked the price; he thoroughly explained what he and Shannon would do, and was able to get my new door and motor (all the things - brand new) the following Monday. The one possible hiccup was that I wanted a black door, which Austin agreed was the best look for the house - the manufacturer considers that a "specialty door," (which was already figured into my estimate), and unfortunately, it was discovered when he got back to the office that it was going to take another three to four weeks to arrive. There was an arctic front being predicted within a week, so Austin said he could install a white door and paint it, rather than make me wait for the black one, but advised that painting it would dependontheweather - temperature, humidity, etc. I didn't see that as a "problem," I wasn't worried about the color short-term! His original skill-set happens to be painting (he explained the cost would be the same, although I suspect it would usually be MORE, but he understood the weather issue, and wanted to make sure to give me the option), so I opted for the white door! The communication from Austin was impeccable; he called to let me know his arrival time, which I really appreciated! He and Shannon did a fantastic job removing the existing motor (which was in GOOD shape, but would not pair with the MyQ App - a deal breaker for me), and the old, dilapidated door. They installed all the new equipment, helped me pair the door to my car AND the MyQ App, and cleaned up beautifully when they were finished! There was a little break in the weather, which allowed Austin to be able to return the following morning to paint my door - it wasn't a "big deal" to me to live with a white door for awhile, but it was definitely going to bother Austin (until everything is "perfect," he doesn't feel the job is finished). Also, the all-too-common problem of a slightly uneven concrete pour of the interior garage pad left a very narrow gap about a foot long along one side of the bottom of the new door, despite the rubber seal on it. Before he left on the day of the install, Austin was on the phone with his supplier locating a thicker rubber seal, which he put on that very next morning when he painted the door. Those little details! This company, this FAMILY, really CARES about their customers' satisfaction! So much so, that a former customer called Austin (when he was on his way that morning to paint my door) with an emergency - part of their roof had fallen in, their car was stuck in their garage, and they were in dire straits! Austin called to ask if I would object if he took care of that household before coming over.Seriously?! At my place, it's "just paint!" Those poor people had an ACTUAL problem that needed attention! Still, Austin kept me updated on his arrival time, and was SO apologetic when he arrived. The level of care, of professionalism this company shows is WONDERFUL!!I know if I need ANYTHING garage door-related, I will definitely give Austin (or Shannon!) a call and one of these amazing guys will do everything they can to help me out! It's the week of Thanksgiving as I'm writing this review, and I could not be MORE THANKFUL for this fantastic business!
